I haven't had a burger in a long time! I get to have a steak at Outback once in a blue moon but other than that, beef is off my menu. I miss it. :'(

I made myself a tripple decker beef burger with sharp chedder, tomato and rocket.
Condoment was fruity HP sauce.
I have to eat it quick otherwise some one asks me for a bite :)

Rice covered with veggie beef strips, broccoli, and homemade jalapeņos and onions, a gigantic cabbage salad with beans and bacon bits, and a grapefruit (eating it now). :)

Stella Rocket is a leafy salad herb looks almost like lettuce.
It is actually regarded as a weed in a lot of places
But it has a strong peppery bite to it.

I just had a Peanut Butter on Whole Wheat sandwich. Not the best thing, but did in a pinch. I just got back from having a pulmonary function test and cat scan so I didn't have an time left in my lunch hour to get a really good lunch.
I know, I know, you all feel bad, lol. ;D

You always make the best meals. That sandwich sounds so good. I love cream cheese with turkey on a bagel. Even a slice of lox. Yum.

Thanks it they were great :) I considered a slice of red onion but it seemed like too much work at the time :-[

Wouldn't know anything about that. :) You should try this. It's the strongest stuff I drink. :)

A veggie burger sandwich with avocado, tomato, and sprouts. A big salad with kidney beans, peas, black olives, croutons, bacon bits, a small side of coleslaw, and a small side of pasta. No room for fruit. Stuffed. :)

dinner was 2 chicken breasts cooked in white wine and fresh sliced mushrooms and pasta cooked in a pan with baby spinach, olive oil, minced garlic and cherry tomatoes.

I just had taboulli (sp?) w/cukes, tomatoes, mint leaves, parsley, garlic, lemon juice, green onion and chicken....oh and some Kaashi crackers.
I was considering a Whopper or Baconator though

Peanut Butter and Jelly (Damson Plum Preserves-the only way to go) Sandwich, celery sticks w/peanut butter and raisins, and glass of Soy Milk.
