.....name their "privates"?
Seems men always catch the brunt of the jokes when it comes to this, "little John", "peewee", "mini me"........and others.
Do women do this as well?

I've never heard of women doing that but it's possible.
But I have heard of them naming a diff. area. For instance I've heard one woman refer to them as "Thelma and Louise."

I have yet to meet a woman who names her private parts. Sounds a little silly to me. I have heard reference to the boobs at "the girls, twins" etc. Only stupid ass men do that shit! ;)

In a particularly amusing scene from "Scrubs" Carla (Judy Reyes) refers to hers a "Miss Priscilla," and tells Elliott (Sarah Chalke), "I named her after my high school art teacher." Elliott replies, "Me too! Mister Hibbler!!"
