Title: lying leg curls issue
Post by: NoCalBbEr on June 29, 2008, 02:49:49 PM
hey guys
I have noticed that when I proform lying leg curl, my left knee rolls inward. I do a shoulder width attendances on lying leg curls. My knee rolls  in but my lowerleg doesn't more. I sometimes stop in the middle of the set to roll my knee back out and it just rolls in. But theres no pain from these.

I dont like to do lying leg curls at my gym b/c dumb people change the angles or put the pad half way up. sometimes I wonder, how people do  3/4 of a leg curls.

anyone have their knee roll in during leg curls??

does it do this no matter what weight you use?

maybe you can try doing one leg at a time

It happens with light weight as well. I have lowered the weight b/c of this. I don't want to kill my knee
