whats the difference?

paypal CAN easily be tracked to your bank account.  western union---pretty much not able to track on orders under 1000 (just give fake name, etc...)

good ancillary's that are domestic and VERY cheap...

yes plenty of ancillary places will accept pay pal

but if you want AAS then no id oubt youll find anywhere
