Post by: wildsteve on June 30, 2008, 11:26:30 AM
I'm currently taking Creatine Glutamine and of course Protien, but I also want to cut a little fat, do you think it would be a bad idea to stack Hydroxy hardcore with Bronkaid with all of the above too? Please gimmie advice, kinda new.

no creatine. creatine makes you hold water. creatine is made to bring  water to the muscles  thats why people get bloated

glutamine is fine. just stay away from things that makes you hold water

glutamine is a waste. it doesn nothing at all in terms of bodybuilding. dont waste your money on it.

creatine i wouldnt do, because creatine is lipogenic. however; norcalbber above says you shouldnt use it because it makes you hold water. that is flawed. you definitely WANT to hold water while your dieting. this helps peserve muscle tissue.  use alot of iodized salt while dieting.

I always felt creatine was useful in the initial stages of cutting to help retain as much muscle as possible.  Even in the later stages of cutting whats the harm of using creatine if your not preparing for a contest? Is it really necessary to cut it out?  Im about a month into cutting but I am still taking in 10 grams PWO...but only PWO.  Do you really think this is slowing my progress?  I have dropped about 10 lbs in this month without losing much strength at all  so I feel like Im going in the right direction so far.

glutamine is fine. just stay away from things that makes you hold water

how is water retention in muscle bellies considered bloat??

people usually get bloated by the shit mixed with their creatine(dextrose, etc)

i use kreakyln with waxy maize....no bloat, and i am leaning out fine

dizzle....can you elaborate on this?

creatine has been proposed to inhibit fat loss, while not being directly lipogenic by traditional terms per se. It has effects on energy metabolism namely ATP, increasing amounts and acting as an ulterior feul source. depletion of atp aids fat loss as some supps that target this are made for. It also seems to have a minimal effect on glycogen and may play a role is binding unbound AMPK that would be lost through depletion.

its a toss up, it has so many beneficial effects that i would say the added strength and fullness(psychological) would provide some benefits that outweigh the slight negative effects.
