WTF? I have a protein shake and some fish oil every day, that's about it.
On training days, i have some amino acids, creatine and some maltodextrin, that's it.

Usmoke whats your view on creatine?
love it for bulking and strength. Also pretty good for general fatigue and brain health.
however it would be like 8-10 on my list as the other stuff is more vital imo.
creatine ethyl ester is the best form imo. moderate doses are best to avoid conversion to creatinine at any substantial level, and perhaps stacking it with ala would be beneficial as ALA increases absorbtion.
i am on the fence with regards to its use in dieting at any significant level as water retention and bloating may affect the avg beach goers lean look. if your dieting for a show its fine , just drop it before the last few days, but then again you may have some massive dieuretic effects from carb depletion and that.

i use about twenty supps a day no lie.
many for general health, some for specific conditions and the rest for body composition. i also experiment alot with some supps and herbs :D
i dont take a multi ususally, but the one i do take when i do is AORs ortho core. i usually take the vitamins loose and i get most bodybuilding supps for next to nothing.
