Post by: G o a t b o y on July 01, 2008, 05:59:37 PM: Lifting weights is teh awesome! Has anyone seen any good IFBB bodybuilding shows lately? How much do you bench? What it the bestest brand of creatine for me to take so I can get hyooooooge? Thanks guys!

I like working out also.
When I need spot ,I always look for African Americans spotters ,they are the best :)

This is how messed up Ben Weider is...World Peace can only be achieved if and when the EGO gene can be manipulated...Bodybuildi ng is the essence of Ego and Vanity...That Muscle Missions guy makes more sense then Weider...
