today is an off day...me and my fiancee will be going to modells later so i can buy some workout shorts...then tommorow will be delts tris and calves...i was thinking of doing cardio today but decided no...im pretty lean...do u guys do cardio on off days...or just vege?

I take 2 days a week away from the weights. One of those 2 days I don't go near the gym the other I may use for some cardio, depends how I feel or if it works out with the schedule.

Wednesdays and weekend off for me. Only day i don't do cardio is wednesday (don't do cardio the day after leg day) Im cutting though. Not cutting, no cardio ;D

I never intentionally take an off day.
I always wake up with the intention of training and
cardio.
Now, when I'm too sore, too worn
I'll take a day off. Plus, life in general
(extra work, illness ect.) will throw mandatory
days off. So, I do take a day off,
but only if I have to for those reasons.

I'm in there 5 days a week taking 2 days off. On rest days I do nothing but eat and sleep. That's what those days are there for.

I only do cardio now.
But, I used to try to do at least something everyday, weights, cardio, combo, bicycling, at least 30 minutes of something everyday
