The medical reference range is 200 to 800 so you are at the bottom of the range. Try supplementing with 60mg of zinc and try Tribulus. If that doesn't help time for hrt.

zinc might help if you are deficient
try a high fat diet, h.i.t. style training, try some longjack and nettle root.

Don't be so quick to judge skippy. I brought my test levels up from the 400's to the high 700's after supplementing with trib.

There is a theory that trib might make free test more available, but I don't believe for one second you went from 400 total test to 700 just off of trib. 100mg test ew would bring you to the top of the scale, not just trib.
