Dude, no offence, but how old are you? The guy in the pic is Axl. The photo is one of those seen-it-a-hundred-times-back-in-the-day ones. IT IS AXL. I believe it's featured in a book on Guns, as well. Take my word for it.

I'm 38, and believe me, I was in the
hollywood scene when gnr were still playin
clubs there. I know that axl would never take a pic like that
and if he would have, it would never see the light of day.

I could be wrong, but reasonably sure its not him.
