Yeah they are legit to the point that they'll ship you "stuff".  Just never know what "stuff" they'll ship.

yeah some are, some are selective scammers depending on who you ask.  alin, genxxl, naps are all well known websites that operate.  karius still sells underground vials i think not sure.
