 i made 500 posts!!!!!

this is a great night for me!

tommorow i will be hitting shoulders traps and triceps to celebrate...i had a great cheat meal tonight, bought some shorts today...thanks for the great board ron!

I've been here longer than you, and longer yet if you count the days prior to the board even counting posts. And I feel I post enough, but I'm sporadic. I don't thrive on it like a dork that posts every thought that crosses his needle sized brain. And I'm just over the 3k mark.
