She was really quiet and pretty and now she is a guy. I can't believe it. What the hell happened? Maybe semi-guys like Goatgirl can tell us why they do this stuff.

She-He probably went through a Steroid hormone therapy, I would believe that all her female organs are still intact and working.
In fact biological wise she is still woman but only visually a man.
