5 weels out tampa.saturday morning depleted 118 kg. i carb load saturday and sunday.monday morning i will look a lot better.

just because in these pics i am depleted from monday to friday ,then i carb load saturday and sunday,thats the only reason.
today is monday motning ,and yes i look better.( i think so!)

You're looking great marcos.I'm sure by the time you're fully carb loaded you're gonna look really big and tight.Any remains of water under the skin will be pulled into the muscles...you know that of course ;)...make sure to post up your progress pics in our forum too buddy ;D

i should be, but the thing is when i finish training i am so tired many times i forget to take it, so maybe i take once a day, a coffe spoon ,maybe 10 grs???

yes, i deplete from monday to friday then carb up saturday and sunday ,up to 700 or 800 grs carbs a day.
