hey gang,
I'm in the process of hiring a sports nutritionist to have a look over my diet my food intake and if the cardio I'm doing is the right thing for me.
Anybody has done that and what are your experiences?

OK, why?

I doubt it would do you much good Stark. Surely you've picked up enough knowledge to be dangerous already. What is it you're hoping to learn?

I've never hired a nutritionist but I did take a nutrition class in college. It was basically a joke. The professor just spewed out the usual mainstream BS. She even had a dude from the FDA come in and talk to us. It was funny because this was right around the time of the ephedra ban, so he had to explain that. Needless to say I was very annoyed.
