Hey y'all, got a quick question I'd like some opinions on...
What's a good way to control weight that requires a minimum of physical activity? I recently sustained a knee injury, and that plus a current job situation are preventing me from doing cardio (and frequently, eating) like I should. I am the kind of person whos weight will explode if I don't activily work at keeping it down.
So what is a good temporary fix here? Clenbuterol? I currently have essentially no access to anything good, and short of a freakin miracle it doesn't look like I will anytime soon, so it has to be legal to get. In California, no less.
Thanks for the input y'all.

self control of what you eat
exactly.....
calories in calories out dude....
portion control....not drugs
if you cant eat right, why would you think you could take something to fix it?

if your not gonna exercise and you dont want to get fat, you just manipulate your dietary composition dude.
fats and carbs are energy.
you dont expend any energy.
so you dont take any energy.
...........eat lean proteins and veggies.

portion size is overlooked too,,,,, keep it small, dont eat till your full.. if u can stomache it, sip green tea all day
being inactive you could get by on eating very little... theres always a way to get some kind of training in.. u could train upper body only till the knee feels better, u could swim, fuck the missus for hrs each night etc etc etc..
look for a positive.. theres been times where ive been so fucked ive just done calves 3 times a week, a little of somthings better than nothing at all
