If you could have three extremely well developed body parts and the rest would be average which would you pick?
I would have legs, arms, and shoulders.

A smaller torso with good delts and arms looks better than a big chest and back with smaller arms and delts. I'd pick shoulders, back and arms.

if legs and arms count as a single body part, i'm gonna say legs, arms, and torso.

arms, chest, legs............... anyone who hasnt got arms 1st on there list cant be for real, the sign of a top bod is oversized arms... only a tiny percentage of people can grow legit 20"plus arms
