"A bodybuilder is looking to achieve a certain overall body image," said Tuttle, who works out approximately 30 hours a week and subscribes to numerous bodybuilding magazines, including Flex, Ironman, and Muscle And Fitness.
Even if you figure in cardio, max you're doing is 20hrs per week. Gotta love these guys. :D ::)
I'll translate the article.
I'm a middle aged guy who saw a BFTO video, decided to start taking steroids/gh, bought a weight belt, have a protein shake once a day and now...I'm a bodybuilder. ::) He'd fit in great, here in Vegas.

I see what you're doing, Croatch. I'm not being tricked in to pointing out that the Onion is a satirical website!
-
Exactly. What is the difference if the guy is 20, 30 or 40? He looks alright and in shape. He isn't bothering anyone. Don't hate.

"Then I take a Creatine Monohydrate supplement if it's an arm day, or a 32-ounce Twin Lab Amino Fuel shake if I'm doing legs.
Did he really just say that???...WoW

It just gets old, seeing old men taking gear/gh, discovering the "fountain of youth". ::) These guys get no respect from me. If you want to make a life change when you're older, that's great, but don't be a fucking pretender. ;)

You can see, this guy has all the "cutting edge" information. Everyone knows, creatine works best on arm day. ::)

It's 2008 now Croatch. Get with the times.

let's see...
gym 4 x 1h - 1.5h = ~5h
cardio 7 x 45min = 5h15min
extra cardio 4 x 25min = 1h40min
That's 12 hours a week on a serious cutting diet... 30h = impossible
-
gym 4 x 2 hours = 8 hours a week :o :o :o :o :o

Jesus....what a joke I am cutting for a show right now and here is my breakdown and I don't feel I am overtraining:
Weights 1.25 hours x 6 days( 6th day is Arms and hams)= 7 hours
Cardio 7 x 45= 5hr 15 min
extra session 4 x 45 = 3 hours
Thats 15 hours and 15 min... THERE IS NOT WAY this guy is doing twice that... Hell this my 2nd show I had one on June 8th this show is Aug 9th, so all the extra cardio gets dropped in about a week and half.
