His test levels are pretty low actually which might account for the way he's feeling.

First thing would be to get your weight in check and get on a proper diet and workout program.  Being sedentary and overweight could cause your hormone levels to be low.  Low activity and high body fat could possibly do that.

your cholesterol needs to be looked at as well. ldl should be under 100 and hdl should be over 50. benz, he is 32, his test levels are way low.

Well for starters you should probably be asking your doctor and not us.  But since you did ask, I will give you my two cents.  You have al lot of excess adipose tissue.  Excess adipose tissue causes low testosterone and increased estrogen.  Low testosterone and high estrogen = low sex drive.  I think that also has to do a lot with your low energy and depression.

So my advice for starters would be to lose a lot of weight and see if your symptoms improve.  If that doesn't work you should really see your doctor.

...and you're a little bit emo.

This is very good advice.  If the symptoms don't improve you might consider talking to a HRT doctor.  A regular doctor is likely to just see that your test levels are within the normal range and prescribe you anti anxiety medication.   That is fine.  I am on both HRT and some mild anti anxiety meds and have never felt better.

But, before you go the medication route, just lose weight and give it time to work.  I'm pretty sure it will help to some degree.

Yeah man, exercise hard and eat right and you will be a new man in 3 months.  Anxiety will diminish greatly.  If you work out hard enough you'll be too tired to be anxious and worrisome.  As far as sex drive... find some side action if your married.  :D

I would start exercising to drop some weight. I would also talk to a psychologist to try & get to the bottom of the depression/anxiety. Not to be rude but I'd bet there more to the puzzle then you're telling us.

low level test and HDL. You need to pay attention to fats in your diet and get on some HRT fella

Your triglycerides are pretty high... You may be pre-diabetic. I'd look into that, have a fasting blood glucose checked... Test levels are low normal. More test, would probably make you feel a little better...

Depression is a tough thing to diagnose, especially online...have you had anything drastic happen in your life lately? Death in the family, lose of job? Huge life change? Move to a new city? Etc...

I don't think he needs HRT. A lot would change if he started exercising & ate properly.

I don't think he needs HRT. A lot would change if he started exercising & ate properly (i.e. get his shit together first, see if that works, & if it doesn't then look into other options). Too many people automatically turn to a medicine when if they made a few positive changes they'd be surprized at the results.
