I was just wondering how much everyone eats here..
This question is split into two parts.
1. When trying to gain muscle how many calories do you eat per day?
2. When trying to lose fat how many calories do you eat per day?

2. Start at 3000 and work down to 2000

I'm going to start cycling them..but lately it's ranged from 4k all the way down to 1800 sometimes due to work. LAME!

no idea! if i had to guestimate maybe somewhere aroudn 3200 on average.

I try to eat a certain amount of macros (counted in grams), but it usually ends up around 3000-3200 kcals a day. A little less on off days, despite all the chubby swole homies that swear by eating hyoooge amounts on off days too. That only gave me a sugar belly.

you gotta stop listening to every thread a ahetr makes on the g&o ! haha.
i know why you say that too... squad made a BOOM thread about a post a made where io was laughing cuz one day i ate 3 packs of bacon and a bunch of whole eggs and alot of peanut butter cuz i was high and i estimated it was about 10k cals in one day...

3200 cals is alot actually... i mean..lets say you eat 300-350 g protein per day, along with 400 grams carbs, and then just whatever fat is hidden in your protein and carbs. thats considered pretty damn high !
few guys eat that much clean carbs on a day to day basis.
i am trying to slowly get up there. right now im at like 250-300.

My calorie requirements are very low. I find if I stay at 2500 max with brutal workouts I am fine. If I am not too active then I will gain fat on 2000. Of course that 2000 calorie count is not very good food.

1+2. I guess around 2000 - 2500 kcal. Mostly from fats - little saturated, much mono-, polyunsaturated... can't say gain or loose because my waist shrunk while my bodyweight stayed the same.
There were times were I would eat a good 4000+ via junk...

what do you guys htink the MOST caories youuve ever eatin in one day was? for me id guestimate that back in the day i must have gotten up to 15k cals a couple of times.

it wasnt uncommon for me to eat entire extra large family size pizzas with extra cheese and meat lovers toppings. along with that try cheese filled bread sticks dipped in the pizza sauce, and maybe a gallon of ice cream for dessert. mountain dew as a drink. thats the kind of normal meals i would eat at one time.
and at night, you ever take a big brick of cheese and a bowl of salsa and cut off big chunks of cheese and use them as chips for the salsa? YUM ;D
