Judging by Xerxes clip, it's clear that he has added alot of quality-mass since his last entry here on Getbig.
I'm estimating around 220 lbs and approx 11 % bodyfat.
The posing could be improved though.

see honestly add a small bit of salt extra to all ur meals and eat more water...u get heavy and bloated very quickly...literally a couple of days...obviously do this if u hate ur heart

Ok, what can I do in 2 weeks? lose 2lbs of fat? Im not going to get religious about calories, I've been like this forever and its comfortable, eat what I want. I was tighter before but that was when I played football.

yes you can lose 4 lbs of fat in two weeks actually.
you dont have to get religious about calories. there are tons of ways to shed fat.

stick to complex carbs and lean proteins. eat every couple hours. dont binge or cheat. do some treadmill walking post workout for 30-45 minutes. drink lots of water.

Xerxes, you gonna drink a huge lot in Greece (booze and drinks are damn cheap there) so why bother lowering your bodyfat for that.
All your work will be spoiled anyways.
Worry about that when you get back home.
No need to worry about having an extra "fat" in that touristtrap, anyone can get laid there anyways.

yes, ive heard people say this before, that you should watch your sodium intake. however, i dont know of any actual biological reason for doing so. ...but i have never looked into it or even done a simple google search on the subject. i really dont care about thehealth aspects of diet. i was hoping you might know of an actual reason why high sodium intake is bad..

excess sodium tends to raise blood pressure
Q: What do excess amounts of salt do to the body?
A: It would depend on how much excess salt (or salty foods) you ate in how much time and how well your kidneys functioned. Salt is a compound containing 2 minerals, sodium and chloride and it attracts water.
When the salt content of your blood goes up, it attracts water from around your cells (in muscles and organs) into your blood to dilute it. Otherwise, your blood would be too salty. There is salt as sodium outside every cell in your body. When the salt content of the fluid around your cells goes up, it attracts water from your blood and swelling occurs.
Your kidneys are responsible for regulating salt and water levels in your body. When salt and water levels increase around cells, the excess is drawn into your blood, which is filtered by your kidneys. Your kidneys remove excess salt and water from your blood, both of which are excreted as urine. When your kidneys don't work well, fluid builds up around cells and in your blood. Your heart is the pump that pushes your blood around. If there is more fluid in your blood, your heart has to work harder and your blood pressure can go up because there is more pressure on the walls of your blood vessels. Your heart can get weaker or worn out from the extra work.
Salt has been blamed in the past as causing high blood pressure. New research though is suggesting that too little calcium or potassium as having some impact on blood pressure. So salt may not be the only bad guy after all.
