1-Torn Triangular fibrocartilage complex, right wrist
2-Shattered distal ulna, right arm
3-Full thickness tear, right supraspinatus/rotator cuff
4-Reflex Sympathetic dystrophy, entire right upper extremity
5-Stents with idiopathic ventricular hypertension
6-Herniated L4-L5 lumbar disc
And I am still happy

I have a twinge in my glute muscle from hack squats yesterday. I'm limping around the house today.

I have Never, ever been injured lifting weights in any way, after 30 years. Not even a slight muscle pull.

never had a serious injury.
just niggly injuries, mainly shoulder knee and back due to stupidy and not respecting weight.
never hurt myself on a 500lb deadlift...tho more likely on a 350lber

I didn't have my first injury until about 7 months after I turned 40, almost 31 years without an injury until then :-\

I have a huge bunion,
with severe deformity of the
big toe on my left food.
I walk aroung with it wraped in
2 lidocaine patches.
Having surgery within the month.
I've had back surgery, lumbar l4-l5.

I did standard squats
hacks
leg press
seated leg curls
calf sled
calf raise
so it could have been anything. but during the squats my back hurt a bit, and during the hacks the glutes stung. My stupid ass didn't have a belt with me to use.
