Ok so tuna is really cheap, and a great source of protein, but I don't feel like I'm digesting it properly. 2verytime I drop a deuce it looks like it hasn't been digested very well. I've tried including lots of fiber whenever I eat it but it doesn't change anything, any suggestions?

Sure, replace it with meat or just dont mind about your crap.

Might be a parasite (we all get them/have them, just like dust mites). Have you been anywhere tropical within the past few months? Might want to try a parasite cleanse. Not the most pleasant thing, but it works.
