Yes.

You had better be very lean before using it if you want to see any effect.

It's for the very smallest cosmetic areas.

Nothing dramatic.

For the price they charge, you're better off getting Avant's Napalm - same active ingredient plus other good stuff.  Add some clen to the mix and you can do some damage to your love handles, assuming that your diet and cardio are on point.
