Thats right and I'm glad you see it this way too, all you seriously need to do is to stick to your diet at least for 3 month, you bound to see some results never mind what diet you're on/

a 100% man I could tell you guys stories... I have seen guys that were gaming all their life they knew
anything and everything about gaming and especially World of Warcraft, but you drop them into a real
life sitation and they were lost.

i got so sick working with these social rejects

The day my latvian wife came to work to visit me for lunch was fun too :D
