What do you guys think of these Naked Protein smoothies? I've tried the chocolate and the regular and they are damn good. Both have 30g of protein. Only downside is the protein is a combo of whey and soy.

The new banana chocolate is damn good and has 480 calories per bottle. I'm 6'5 so I need my calories :) It tastes way better than any muscle milk product I've had but the soy protein is what concerns me. I'd like to know the ratio of soy to whey in it. If its 50/50 no big deal. But if it's 70 soy and 30 whey that sucks.

Email them. However, I would guess there's a little more whey then soy - just based on the fact that it's listed first on the ingredients.

Note: I could be wrong but the proteins listed are whey concentrate & soy isolate. So a little more of whey protein could still equal less - I hope that makes sense.
