I've been in 6% as record, just 3 days :-[ a couple of times... 1'75m, 71kg. Really hard to get that bodyfat for me

I think you shouldn't worry about your bf right now. Focus on adding mass, you need a good 15 to 20lbs of muscle. The structure seems good and you're probably naturally lean so you'll have no problems going back to 8-10%.

Would be great to add lean mass, I'm doubting about how much grams of protein to gain and stay lean, I think i reduced too much (60-80gr per day)

Double the protein. Try and get it from whole food.

Basically, that's it, double the dose, make sure you divide it in multiple portions during the day (5 intakes of 25g is better than 3 big ones), also be aware that proteins are best assimilated when your insulin is high, so the morning breakfast is really important. Get different sources, cereal, vegetable and animal. To stay lean, avoid eating too much carb late during the day and choose cautiously your sources of fat.

you can keep it as long as you like if you sit there and count every calorie and stay on maintenance or a tad below , but you are talking about being hungry constantly!

For info, i take about 10g protein per kilo now. Crazy amount huh?

That is over twice as much as the highest protein consumption I've ever heard of. How can you have any room left in your calorie allowance for carbs or fats?
I urge you to reconsider this diet kyomu. Even if you were heavily juiced, your body won't make use of nearly a kilogram of protein per day.
What's your reasoning behind this diet?

Did Paco put you up to this? I don't get you man, you don't want to use gear because of the possible health concerns, but you don't mind destroying your kidneys with more than 800 grams of protein a day?

I dont care how the theory is. Just i need a good result and i am getting. I have never ever been so lean with almost 200lbs.
So dont ask me about theory, i dont have any clue.
Just i am training like almost 3 hours and eat this tons of protein. Thats it.

2.50grice 350g chicken
3.50g rice 10 egg white.
4.300g potato 400tuna
5 50g rice 400chicken
6 vegitable 400 tuna
7 casein protein 150g

it's the calories that makes u grow, u don't need 800g :o protein a day. even out your macros more, like 40-40-20 carb protein fat....
