Actually, they should have considered putting Gunter in it.  He looks much more like a terminator than Kickinger.  (Unless Kickinger could get back closer to his physique back in the 90's.)  Even better would be to put both of them in.  They could add in Klaus Doring as a terminator reject who didn't make the cut.   :D

Kickinger looks a lot like a young Arnold.  He can sound a lot like him.  He has acting experience.  He was the perfect choice in my opinion.
