Mm, i only know them cooked and salted.

Tastes very good, a healthy snack with much protein, i reccomend you try the "real" japanese version sometime.

lol, that's BS.

a) You would have to eat tons of soybeans for that and

b) some even say that isoflavones in soy might have fatburning potential or act as aromatase inhibitors.
