Candy, would you mind posting your current diet plan?
posted thi earlier... i just copied and pasted it.. havent eaten anything since.. bout to eat soething in a minute.. will post when i do

lets seee....

today i woke up and took a handful of fish oil and green tea and did some ligth cardio on my stationary bike

then, we were out of oatmeal, so i ate 4 oatmeal bars from quaker...this eqauled 76 grams carbs , 6 g fats...  with thaq i had one chicken breat mixed with lettuce and i dipped my oatmeal bars into some whey/casien pudding micture (zero carbs or fats in the whey.casein)

i worked out about an hour and a half after that, and pre workout i drank 60 grams whey/casein (leg day)

post workout i took a handful of greens capsules, ate abowl of frosted flakes with 60 grams wehy/casein in it (the bowl of frosted flakes = about 80 grams carb and no fat )

then two hours later i had two cans dennisons 99% fat free chili with a couple pieces of whole wheat bread, a handful of fish oil, i think 4 caps egcg which is 600mg , and more greens capsules...

thats it so far today

oh, i put cinnamon into my pre workout shake and also into my post workout cereal/protein mix. and i used non fat milk in both of those as well.

and i have dranken 4 diet peach white teas from litpon, and two diet rootbeers from shasta

oh the chili has 4 grams fat, 40 grams protein, 58 grams carbs per can.  the whole whaeat bread has 1 g fat, 19 g carb per slice.

Why not use the veet again? as in reapply to get rid of the ones it doesn't pick up the first time.

I will definitely try it again, I have a huge bottle. It says miniamum 3 minutes, max 6 and at like 5 I started going to town and it was decent, but if the spots I had to shve grow back faster than the Veet spots I will look like a jackass. Smooth as fuck though.

GH15 said Veet, so I used Veet. The shit is only 10 bucks, I will buy some Nair and give feedback.

What do you use for hair removal(chest and stomach)? I followed GH15's advice and used Veet a few hours ago, but there were a few stragglers that had to be done with a razor, you know of anything better?
What event are you competing in?

Norelco makes a body groom shaver, last an hour on a charge and works great, but If you want something that close I would go with whatever you are using now.

Candid - please describe what changed when you went on the juice...

...mood - aggression, temper
...strength
...timeframe - when did it kick in + for how many years do you plan on taking it
