I recently bought a pair of camo shorts and the next day I deadlifted 495 lbs. I was quite happy as I have been trying to get up to that for a while. Now I am thinking a flame beenie is what I need to get a double bodyweight bench. Perhaps Wolfey or any other big bencher can comment on the effectiveness of a flame beenie?
