find a gym or a time of the day at your current gym when the free weight room is always pretty empty. training alone is one of the best sure fire ways of having a great workout.



and turn on your ipod on the heavy sets !! :D

good songs are whatever gets you pumpd up

everybody is different

i know a guy who only listens to r&b and trains like an animal

another who listens t heavy metal

me personally, i like gangster rap and techno.

Use a little commonsense Candizzle. Rule of thumb for ANYONE is to not train without someone in the gym if you're training heavy.

Bench was an example, injury can happen anytime and if it does, best to have someone around.
