sorry I have not been around lately, I do have a job you know as a matter of fact 4 of them. I just got back from covering the NA in Ohio. I haven't read all of your post for me. I want to address a few of them:
1 No one can run me away from anywhere.
2 I'm not going anywere, as I told RA I will be here to support him and the real getbiggers.
3 I will answer any and every ? you all have for me, but not until after the Mr. O" I'm the Pres. of HBE and I owe it to them to give them and the Mr. O' all of my Attn right now. RA will inform you all on how to submit your ?
4 I will pop on here from time to time to check in with you all, but my family life and my job comes first.

What bothers me the most is that he promised Ron and getbig that he would stick around and provide the site with support. Later, he probably got bought out by Steve Bleachmen and then realized that like every pro out there, not one is impervious to the powers of Steve Bleachmen's cock.

I didn't remember flex ever posting here to begin with. Obviously he did based on the quote, but it couldn't have been for very long. I think he was just here for that brief MD invasion when they were first starting and were trying to steal our posters.
He was around, just like that of Levrone. I wonder why these so-called pros do that to Ron. They come here, advertise their shit like Shawn Ray and Levrone used to do and then when "The Boss" or some other magazine big wig tells them to scram, they run back home like pussies. All they used the site for was for spam and self-promotion.
I remember I PM'ed Shawn once with this question, "Shawn, I'm looking to alter my back training a little, care to give me a few ideas as to how to best alternate exercises in a fashion that would shock my muscles into further growth?"
