Title: morning cardio

trying to get lean, i do cardio in the morning on empty stomach, take 2 lipo6, and i wear a heart rate thing, where does my h.t. rate need to be, at 120 ,is a slow walk, 130 med. pace, 140 good pace, and i go about 40 to 50 min. 5 days a week. plus what is the best way to get body fat checked.

i personally never worry about my heart rate. just walk at a brisk and continuous pace.

I do the Bob Cicherillo slow cardio. it uses the fat as fuel  more the any kind of cardio.  heart rate doesn't equal fat burning

Dont really worry about heart rate, cos it'll vary due to your conditioning levels.

Just go at an intensity where you cant keep a normal conversation at. That should be about good enough
