LMAO, Raq, I lived in New England for 41 years. I know a thing or two about winter. Rocky however, does not. He was born and raised here in Florida. That being said..when the weather drops down to 35-40 degrees at night here (happens in January-February) it is pretty cold for the little guy, so he appreciates his hoodies. :)
