Title: Your favorite bodybuilding recipes
Post by: flexingtonsteele on July 20, 2008, 11:32:38 AM
I just had egg whites with a dash of sea salt, cinnamon, and splenda on it.

And damn it was delicous. Im not a big fan of egg whites at all, but this was almost like a dessert.

Anyone else have any good bodybuilding recipes?

1/3kg of thinly sliced, chopped up raw beef, a good amount of olive oil, chopped onions, chopped parsley and/or fresh watercress, some unpasteurized butter, and a couple of dashes of cayenne pepper and you're good to go.

Eggs with fish sauce, a dash of soy sauce, dash of sugar, some green onions and rice and bok choy on the side. Mmmm.... gailan with either beef or chicken is good too. I don't normally like many greens but I can eat beef or chicken gailan all day long.

Another oatmeal treat.........I add cinnamin, nutmeg, sweet-n-low, and non-fat milk so it is kinda runny and put it in the fridge over night. It kind of gels up and is GREAT !

+1 :D

2 meals are brown rice the rest is oatmeal... + there are so many ways you can do it, runny, soft, hard, or rockhard but that's very dry and only tastes good with milk...

I take enough water to cover the oats and put it in the microwave for 2.15 and put lots of cinnamon on :P

Flank steak from Costo,

In a bag I mix

juice of one orange
juice of one lemon
juice of one lime
1/2 cup or low sodium soy sauce
1/2 cup of worschesterchire sauce
1/2 teaspon of cumin, pepper, cayenne, chili seasoning
a ton of garlic
1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke
1 teaspoon honey

Let the Flank stay overnight in the bag and then grill for about 6 minutes a side, let rest for about 15 minutes, then slice nice and thin across the grain.

Tasty as HELL!!!!  Fry up some onions and peppers and throw it into a tortilla and enjoy.

Quick and dirty chicken fried rice

boil 2-3 bags of boil in bag brown rice.  Undercook about a minute less than directions.

open up and rince 3 cans of Costco canned chicken breast.

dice up some green onion and beat up 2 eggs in a bowl and add oinions.

in a big skillet or wok, start cooking up the eggs and gree onions, sort of scramble the eggs.  Once the eggs are cooked throw in the chicken, warm up then add the rice.  and toss for a bit, drizzle in some low sodium soy sauce and add some fresh pepper and keep on tossing and cooking for a few more minutes. and you're done.

This is one of my most favorite meals.  I'll do 5 bags of rice and 6 cans of chicken and the fill up about 10 tupperwares for the next few days.  I can eat this all day everyday.

1 cup of instant oats
1 cup of peanut butter
one cup of chocate protein poweder. I like lean dessert from BSN for this.
1/2 cup of honey
1/3 cup of wheat germ
1/4 to 1/2 cup water

mix with your hands.  I'd recomend using latx gloves.  massage it all together and roll into golf balls and place in the fridge.  These are the best protein snacks you can get

Saw this on Milos' board, looks pretty tasty

12 egg whites
1 cup dry oats
1/2 cup of pineapple chunks

Soak oats with either water, pineapple juice - than put in microwave for two minutes...

Use pam spray for frying pan - cook egg whites and when finished turn off the heat...than add cooked oatmeal and pineapple chunks and mix all together...Than add 1/2 or cup...(or more? if you wish) apple butter [that is my favorite...but you could use any kind of baby food...or jams...If limiting carbs - sprinkle EQUAL + Molly Mc Butter/optional]
