im bulking up right now then plan one cutting so the question is after taking d-bol would i take an anti-estrogen first then winni-v or the winni-v then the anti-estrogen?

if your still takign dbol to bulk, only take anti estrogen if your nipples start to get tender/itchy/puffy/or hurt.  when you switch to winny to cut, you might want to run an anti aromatase, not an ati estorogen. but it really shouldnt be necessary if your only taking winny.

i believe winny acts as a anti e if i remember correctly so you wouldn't need any anti e once you start the winny, or maybe it is anti prolactic I am not sure.
