Around the Worlds?
A buddy of mine told me he did these in his routine, I couldn't stop laughing. Funny, out of ALL pro bb's, I can't think of ONE that does this crap. ::)

He's probably either re-habbing or pre-habbing. Not every exercise has to involve 'brutal' weight to be effective at it's purpose.

i thought it didn't matter what the pros did because they're all drug abusing cheaters. ::)

Who said anything about cheating? It's not cheating, if everyone does it. So, IFBB guys don't really cheat. It's your typical gym goer who can't do squat without a drug, who is actually the clown. If everyone in there took gear, even playing field.
Aside from that, most pro bbers have solid diets...maybe the only thing to be learned there.

Arnold got his chest through drug use and genetics. He may have done these, but guys back then also at 20%fat ground meat. ::)

The dip is the king of chest exercises

Its thought of as a finishing exercise but i consider chest flys the best exercise for chest if done right....Especially for those when doing bench press, the triceps and shoulders do all the work....
