at showtime he was 245!

I dont know what he or Chris Aceto did, but Jay lost 20lbs of Muscle..not water...but muscle in a weeks time.

Since then, Jay's been competing at 265 minimum and often as high as 275.

im pretty sure chris took the arnold very seriously as if the olympia didnt exist anymore....he wanted the arnold badly

Jay was jacked in that dvd. And that was filmed 2 weeks out. The last day of shooting was 7 days out and Jay was still huge.

Aceto tried someting that obviously didnt work during the final week.

3 weeks after the show Jay was back up to 280lbs.
