Why does milk cause water retention? Candidizzle said this somwhere else on the boards.
Ime curious because i drink 5 Pints of milk a day, and ime starting to think i should find an alternative.

i dont know if i ever said that, but its causes water retention because milk sugar (lactose) is very difficult to breakdown. ( at least thats what i read somewhere ::) lol )
i drink skim milk all day long and put it in all my meal (i eat alot of cereal and oatmeal).... slow digesting casein and slow digesting lactose... i think its a good combo
