chili most tmes has way too much fat. (and its not good fat either ! )

try getting some 98-99% fat free canned chili. dennsions has a beef version, hormel has a turkey version. ill eat two of those cans for one meal.

two cans of 99% fat free beef chili has 110 g carbs, 80 g protein, 8 g fat. a little over 800 calories.

( which, by the way, is more than jay cutler eats in one meal )

80 grams of protein at one meal seems a little excessive.  Seems to me that one can would actually have a way better chance of actually getting utilized.
