The Optimum Nutrition and GNC Mega Men multis are both good.  I think its a good nutritional supplement to take, but i definitely try to get a lot of my vitamins and minerals from whole foods.

I like Animal Pak.

It's been a staple all year round. Great Energy and livelihood during the day

Cheaper and just as effective is Nature's Best vitamin packs or ISS's vitamin packs

Douglas Labs. USP guaranteed, you won't find that printed on the label of too many vitamins.

I agree with Jefro, GNC makes a good multi.

A whole food based vitamin is better than most of the synthetics out there.

Like your body knows the difference ::). You pay more for a whole food vitamin and get nothing more from it. have fun

no way for you to EVEr eat perfectly clean the way the body needs to work at it's peak..so a daily multi isn't a bad choice. I always tell people to get a multi, protien, and depending on their goals, another outside source of supplementation. Either way..a multi can't hurt man.

I use Optimum Opti-Men Multivatim, the only really noticable thing you get from a multivatim is increased energy levels.

Love the mega men, but decided to try orange triad due to the joint support stuff included with, instead of separate.  Anyone taken these before?  What u think?
