Of course he is intelligent. He is worth over 400 million dollars, and the face of some of the most successful advertising campaigns to date. Ciroc, Pepsi - etc. About 80 percent of his fans are suburban white kids. Most rappars are products of record companies, but the really intelligent ones have empires.

Yes, young kids are immature, but unless you think 16 year old Jenny from (insert middle - upperclass town) is an idiot, then no they're not dumb.

You can make fun of hip hop all day, but gen y is the soon going to be the largest spending force on earth, and they are hip hop fans. Fortune 500 companies went "hip hop" years ago, and they are reaping the benefits, now.

I'm just merely pointing out that it takes a less informed person to be a fan of rap than other genres of music.

Hell half of my cousins love hip-hop and they're not idiots by any means but their parents are rich and they've never really seen a real ghetto so they think it's all cool. They are dumb and help this culture thrive.
