I wanted to let you know I am hosting a Figure/Fitness Contest Prep camp with a Mock Competition on Sept 13 & 14 in the Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky area. For full details, please check out http://www.julielohre.com/bc.html
This camp will take you through everything contest related (multiple seminars), workouts, posing clinics and an actual on stage Mock Competition in a local theater I rent out. It will be a motivational, positive, informative weekend!
