Title: contest prep advice?

I'm 5'9" 180lbs currently and I'm trying to get ripped
This is what I'm doing currently...

low intensity cardio

first thing in the morning for 45 min every day.
workout 4 times a week and after every session i do cardio for 25min

Too much cardio or not enough?
How much calories do you think i should take in?

Since I'm doing fasted cardio, it's taking around 400kcal from bodyfat stores and not 400kcal from my diet right? so if i eat maintenance calories, all of that would be used up and i would still lose fat?

I dont do any cardio unless I am behind in the diet. Your carb control will take the fat off. Good Luck

You claim to be 20 years old and have 21 inch arms.  Who are you kidding ???

impossible to know if you need cardio or not without pics and if your too shy here how are you gonna feel on stage in your underwear.  Betta get that head right.

I'm currently eating 250g/250g/65g C/P/F 2600-2700cals a day. Except for friday then I do a 'low' day 200g carbs, on saturday it's a high day: 350g carbs, followed by sunday a 'low' day 200g carbs to make sure my metabolism won't get used to the caloric intake. I also workout on sunday after the high day to make use of all that extra energy.

I'm doing 1 hour low intensity cardio in the morning every day. I upped my carbs to 250 a day and it has really helped, I am making more progress now. I have clearly lost a bit of fat and actually gained a couple of lbs since upping the carbs. My metabolism must have been shot from always eating 2000-2300cals.

Good squared-off chest and abbs are comming in.  I would be glad to help ya if ya need it hit me up off my website through an email at ironjoeleahy.com.  I must admit for me that would be a TON of carbs as I am a very LOW carb dieter when it comes to doing a show.  You look good man something to be proud of for sure.  Fight the good fight....

No, I was 21 with 20in. arms. Is that a big deal these days with Brewer and Nee around?
