the first time i heard "black don't crack" was in Memphis near 20 years ago. I had my hair cut by a black barber who stated he used to cut Elvis's hair before he was a star. I said you do not look that old he said..
  "hey-black don't crack ..baby".  ;D
Told me he was in his mid 70's. looked like 50 to me.

The older (pre-ww2) Japs have aged well. The new generation I bet you anything will not last as long. They have become Americanized since WW2, They have soooo much more American food over there now than before and their pollution is horrible. If you do not belive me just look at what the Japanese used to look like in their early 20's back in say the early 1930-40's to what the same age genre' looks like today. The new generation has more fat to their builds than ever before. Only the poor class will out live the new generation due to the fact the cannot aford the new diet. the poor will still thrive on fish and rice. I have heard and read of some Japanese living to well over 120 years old. thats old enough to outlive your grandchildren. :o
Emagine being born back in the late 1880's!!!

Well the oldest person ever was 122, but there may have been people live longer than that but never got recognised or something.

My great grandfather (dad's side) lived till 105, and great grand mother (mums side) lived till 102, so hopefully i live pretty long too...lol.
