Some of you know I have been dealing with this.
Years ago, had three on my left wrist.
Now, have undergone two on the right.
My surgeon says in six weeks he will evaluate if I need a third...which is what he is leaning towards.
Anyone here have similar experiences or even injuries w/out surgery?

you need to change the way you train obviously. Avoid painful exercises.

I got a problem with the left wrist. I just use wrist wraps when doing benches and stuff.

i was doing shoulder dumbell presses 2 years ago and i asked someone to spot me...this guy pushed the rdumbells in in the middle of my rep and the 1 bell in my other hand fell and i tried to keep the other one from falling so it basically fell sideways in my hand and really ripped up my wrist...ive had to wear wrist wraps since

damn that sucks... i've had a wrist injury before when kneeing up the dumbells for dumbell shoulder press
also had an injury from doing power cleans
the big-ass wrist wraps 24" from schiek work fine

same here brother, I ripped my wrist and have since than a slight uncomfortably, also cannot bend it all the way down.

ouch...my wrsit was bad for a few weeks, but the tight wraps helped a lot

Prolotherapy works wonders. Hurts like hell but the end result is 110% better

NEVER had any injury lifting in 30 years

I pulled some tendons in my left wrist about two years ago at work. Recovery was a bitch and took allmost two months. Thankfully it recovered fully and does not bother me anymore.
