Title: New "Up Your Bench 30 lbs in 30 Days" Program

This is a program I have been working on for some time and have finally finished.

As a bit of background, I am lucky enough to have had the opportunity to pick the brains of some of the best minds in the business (men like Ellington Darden, PhD and Louie Simmons) and to work with some of the absolute best benchers in the world. That tremendous knowledge base plus my own 20+ years of experience in the iron game have all been applied to creating the best 30 day program for increasing your bench press possible. 

The program works, and it works extremely well for all levels of trainess from the rote beginner to an elite level powerlifter.  In testing, the least someone has gained is on the order of 15 lbs and the most is over 45 lbs!

That is cool. I added like 50lbs. to my bench by talking to some powerlifters and got my techinque better than it was.
