About 10 years ago, George Lynch of Dokken
quit the band and started bbing (juicing). to compete actually.
He took all his rock and roll pics, and threw them
in the fireplace cause he thought he was such a pencil neck
pussy.
Now in 2009, I seen him play at rocklahoma,
and he's back to being that pencil neck.
Anyone have any pics of his transformation?

He actually worked with me for a short while ~ 1996. He kept a super strict diet - even on the road. He was a huge fan of Designer Way and never once did the subject of juice come up.

i remember seeing a thing on either VH1 or MTV of him lifting in his home gym inclining a pair of 65's or 70's around 1994-95, looked like he was maybe 170 pounds.

George was even much much bigger like around
1997 or so, than in that second video above.
He was actually thinking about competing if
I remember correctly.
Really good guitar player though.
Not great, but really really good.

You got that right. I went to the George Lynch/Yngwie show and there was no comparison. I think they toured together about 5 years ago in small clubs.
Did you go to one?

He is also boring as hell with his Aminor sweepTap and his boring harmonic minor runs. He has been playing the same ideas for 20 years ;D

But he's never afraid to "unleash the fury."
It's too bad Jake E Lee stole George's gig with Ozzy after RR died.

Boring guitarist - though some cool ideas... but his infamous Mr. Scary is kinda lame... a 2 4 5-5 4 7 melody and then the annoying as hell "reverse chords"... >:(
P.I.P.

George is one of the greatest players rock / metal has ever had in its ranks. Truly unique and talented. To compare Yngwie and George is pointless; both have different styles. I will say Lynch doesn't quite sound as good as he once did.
I have been a Malmsteen fan since his earliest recordings and find the man's playing largely stagnant. I'll always buy his releases, though.

Disagree completely. He is good, but there are tens of thousands (or hundreds of thousands) of players way better than him.
