Title: So finaly, How much protein contained in my diet??

Some Getbiger say my diet contains proteins of  4-5g/lbs(Since I am around 200lbs...).
So what do you say?

1.  100g oats   3scoop whey protein(150G?)
2. rice 50g      Chicken400g
3. rice 50g      beaf 350g
4 rice 50g      10eggwhites
5 Potatos 300g Tuna 400g
6 Salad    Tuna or merluza 450g
7 3 scoops casein protein(150g?)

there's only about 75 grams of protein in 3 scoops of whey protein and you're probably getting 50-60 grams from the sold food meals TOPS, you're probably getting around 400 grams, NOWHERE NEAR what you claim of 800-1000 grams.

you look really good

but 1000 grams is a huge amount

your body would not be able to process that much

i would watch out for that meal with 350g red meat, that's 40-45g of fat in just one meal!!

if it was me i would reduce protein to 300g and up the carbs to 300g

Its a secret to Paco.
Sometime I dont eat red meat and i eat merluza or tuna instead. Just because its tough to eat.
